PLC Software Engineer

Direct Manager:System Automation ManagerMain Activities And Responsibilities Of This Working Position:Starting from the job order launch, he/she participates in the job order;During the development of the project, he/she interfaces with the manager and the other specialists in the field. He/she collects general data from the mechanical designers (datasheet), hydraulic system designers (pumps diagrams, cooling tanks, etc.) and hardware designers;Following the machine specification and taking into consideration the hardware design, he/she develops the software design;Oversees the commissioning of the machines in the workshop and checks the installation up to the testing;He/she produces all the technical documentations, relating to the technical specifications of the machine;Together with the Production Dept., he/she follows the manufacturing of the machine, in order to correct any defect in the design, improving it for the manufacturing of future machines;During the activities at the Customer’s plant, he/she provides advice to the Service Dept. (positioning and re‑assembling of the machine).Technical Skills:Good knowledge of PLC programming, part program programming and commissioning (PLC Siemens S7-300, TIA Portal);Basic knowledge of AS400;Good knowledge of the English language;Electrical engineering degree / diploma;Good knowledge of CNC (Siemens NC 840D, Power Line, Solution Line and Sinumerik One);Validated experience with technique of motion control and motor drives;Ability to read electrical and hydraulic circuit diagrams;Basic knowledge of mechanical drawing reading;Knowledge of design of Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa RobotsSoft Skills:Problem Solving;Result orientation;Analytical ability.For further information and to send your application, please contact our HR Director Roberta Pellegrino: Responsabile Diretto:System Automation ManagerPrincipali Attività e Responsabilità In Carico Alla Posizione:Partecipa al progetto della commessa Saet dal lancio commessa;Si interfaccia con il responsabile ed altri specialisti di settore per lo sviluppo del progetto: raccoglie i dati generati da progettisti meccanici (scheda macchina), fluidici (schemi per pompe, vasca refrigerante, ecc..) e hardware;In base all’hardware e all’interfaccia con il Commerciale per le specifiche del Cliente sviluppa il suo progetto software, seguendo le esigenze della macchina;Si occupa della messa in servizio degli impianti in officina e segue la macchina fino al collaudo;Esegue la modulistica tecnica relativa alle specifiche della macchina;Segue con la produzione la costruzione dell’impianto al fine di correggere i difetti di progetto e migliorarlo per la costruzione di impianti futuri;Fornisce consulenza al personale del Service Saet durante le attività di cantiere (installazione macchina presso cliente);Conoscenze Tecniche:Buona conoscenza di PLC programming, part program programming and commissioning (PLC Siemens S7-300, TIA Portal e Siemens NC 840D Power Line e Solution Line e One)Conoscenza di base del gestionale AS400Buona conoscenza dell’inglesePreferibile diploma o laurea in ambito elettricoBuona conoscenza CNC Sinumerik 840-SLConoscenza dei driverBuona capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e fluidiciConoscenza base della lettura del disegno meccanicoConoscenza progettazione Robot Kuka, Fanuc, YaskawaSoft Skills:Problem Solving;Orientamento al risultato;Capacità analitica.Per ulteriori informazioni e per inviare la tua candidatura, contatta il nostro Direttore Risorse Umane Roberta Pellegrino: #J-18808-Ljbffr
