Cytiva's Field Service Engineer is responsible for activities such as installation and qualification, preventative maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as promoting service contracts and identifying opportunities that have a significant impact on the organization. This position is part of the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions – Equipment Services team based in Italy (preferably in the Lombardy region) and will be fully remote. As part of your duties, you will have the opportunity to: Represent the company to our clients Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site Manage own stock and work orders Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs Essential Requirements Education: Major in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical EngineeringNamespace, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Automation or an equivalent field время Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable position Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting English is required Ability to travel: 70% travel and overnight stay within territory Preferred Additional Experience Biopharma or Biotechnologies industry experience Experience with computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and databases At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
