Senior Deal Advisory M&A Tax Consultant | Roma/Napoli

In this role you help clients and the firm solve complex tax and corporate law challenges within M&A, contributing to national and international projects. You will perform tax due diligence, advise on restructurings, and prepare tax returns, working with top professionals in a dynamic, governance-aware environment. • Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions)
• Corporate restructuring
• Analysis of treatment of transactions according to national standards (OIC) and international standards (IAS/IFRS)
• National and international tax opinions
• Applications for tax rulings
• Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP)

• At least 3 years of professional experience in leading national or international firms or consulting companies
• Master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01) with final grade at least 100/110
• Intention to pursue professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
