Our client is an international multinational company operating in the industrial sector. Main Responsibilities The Finance Manager will lead financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business performance within a dynamic and growing environment. The Finance Manager will play a strategic role supporting General Management and driving financial governance for the business unit. In detail: Co-manage P&L objectives together with General Management Ensure accounting accuracy and timely closing processes Lead financial analysis, performance management, pricing, and working capital Implement tools and systems (ERP, Power BI) to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making Identify and drive operational improvements within the finance area Coordinate and develop finance teams and plant controllers Requirements Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines More than 7 years of financial leadership experience in industrial and manufacturing environments Experience in full P&L management Strong skills in financial modeling, margin analysis, and business performance Knowledge of ERP and Power BI Knowledge of US GAAP Fluent in English Human Value si occupa di attività di Executive Search & Selection (Aut.
