As a key player in our creative team, you will be responsible for defining requirements and creating impressive visual graphics that captivate audiences. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and other design elements for digital and print media. Design projects using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and implementation. Establish creative direction within brand guidelines. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related field. 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with proven expertise in relevant tools. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
