Software Development Manager, Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Job ID: | AMZN Dev Cntr Poland sp. z.o.o This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI, building and deploying large-scale solutions based on Generative AI and Large Language Models. Key Responsibilities Lead AI Engineering in model integration, optimization, large-scale cloud services and software life-cycle management. Drive alignment and execution of key business goals in speech and audio synthesis. Define technology stack, guide and review key architectural decisions. Hire exceptional individuals and mentor team members in reaching their career goals. The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 33,200 monthly. Amazon’s package may include further pay components such as a sign‑on payment and eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in the USA. Company discretionary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well-being). About the Team Amazon AGI Vertical Services team is at the forefront of innovation, crafting delightful conversational speech powered by AI. As part of our team, you are empowered to Think Big and tackle complex problems by leveraging advanced technologies like large language models and neural networks. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of SW engineering experience. 3+ years of SW engineering team management experience. Successful track record of delivering complex, large‑scale cloud SW services (AWS/GCS/Azure). Excellent prioritization and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Experience working with AI/ML. Excellent problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
