Il ruolo offre opportunità di apprendimento su processi di ottimizzazione, strumenti di automazione e collaborazione con diverse funzioni interne.Principali responsabilitàSupportare la preparazione e il controllo di report regolamentari, verificando accuratezza e completezza dei dati.Collaborare nell’analisi dei dati necessari per la reportistica.Partecipare all’implementazione e al miglioramento dei processi di reporting, proponendo spunti di ottimizzazione.Supportare la gestione di richieste informative e attività di audit, coordinandosi con le funzioni interne.Documentare procedure operative e contribuire alla condivisione della conoscenza all’interno del team.Partecipare a progetti trasversali e iniziative di automazione/ottimizzazione, con il supporto del team.Caratteristiche personaliBuone capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio e approccio proattivo all’apprendimento.Ottime capacità comunicative e attitudine al lavoro in team.Capacità di gestire priorità multiple in un contesto dinamico.Buona conoscenza di Excel e del pacchetto Microsoft Office; familiarità con sistemi IT pertinenti è un plus.Interesse per regolamentazione finanziaria.#J-18808-Ljbffr
