Junior Compliance & Sustainability Specialist We are a clothing company and are looking for a young, dynamic, and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Compliance & Sustainability Specialist . This candidate will be responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of our products and supporting sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain. Responsibilities Monitor product compliance with national and international regulations. Manage technical documentation and material certifications. Conduct safety tests on materials and finished products at selected laboratories. Support the Product team in collecting, managing, and verifying data required for compliance with sustainability regulations. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards. Ensure saadaea chain complies with the supplier code of conduct and is certified according to the criteria required by the company. Stay up‑to‑date on sustainability regulations and standards. Requirements Degree in scientific, environmental, engineering or related disciplines. Minimum experience (including internships) in compliance or sustainability roles. Good knowledge of product regulations and main certification standards. Fluent English, spoken and written. Strong personal predisposition towards sustainability, innovation and continuous improvement. Residence Residence in Bologna and surrounding areas.
