Manpower Professional, per il proprio cliente, è alla ricerca di un Senior Accountant per ampliamento del team amministrazione e finanza. Descrizione del ruolo:Previo percorso di formazione e conoscenza approfondita della realtà aziendale e di gruppo, in affiancamento al/la Responsabile Amministrazione e Contabilità, gestirà tutte le attività amministrative e contabili fino alle scritture di bilancio, anche delle altre società del gruppo. Supporterà il team amministrazione e finanza e collaborerà nei processi di implementazione e sviluppo di progetti d’area e di gruppo. Sono richieste le seguenti caratteristiche:Padronanza di metodologie di analisi di tipo economico; Buona capacità di relazione, flessibilità e proattività; Pensiero critico ed analitico; Precisione ed organizzazione, lavorando per obiettivi e scadenze; Apertura mentale e capacità di visione d’insieme. Requisiti necessari:Diploma in ragioneria o similare che preveda lo studio della partita doppia; Laurea triennale in economia o similare; Conoscenza della lingua inglese livello B1; Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici, in particolare ottima conoscenza di Excel; Esperienza minima di 5 anni in aziende mediamente strutturate o studi commercialistici con gestione completa del cliente; Ottima conoscenza degli adempimenti fiscali, sia a livello teorico che pratico, con invio telematico ai vari enti (ad esempio intrastat, IVA, redditi, LIPE, ecc.); Gestione degli accessi telematici agli enti (Agenzia Entrate, Dogane, INPS, INAIL). Descrizione attività:Registrazioni ciclo passivo ed attivo (anche estero); Calcolo di ammortamenti, ratei e risconti; Scritture di assestamento per la redazione di bilanci periodici e annuali. Si offre un percorso con contratto a tempo indeterminato. Orario full-time di 40 ore settimanali (8 ore al giorno, dal lunedì al venerdì), con disponibilità a effettuare lavoro straordinario e trasferte presso altre sedi, qualora richieste. Orario settimanale flessibile. A formazione completa, è previsto lo smart working di 1 giorno alla settimana previa pianificazione. Ticket restaurant di 3,5€ per giorno di presenza.
