You will own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision, develop product roadmaps, and lead cross‑functional initiatives with engineering, science, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, content acquisition, and executive teams to optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will lead large cross‑functional and cross‑organizational efforts, define products at scale, map requirements to functional specifications, prioritize initiatives, communicate clearly, and drive focus and excellence.Basic Qualifications6+ years of team management experience2+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience8+ years of technical product or program management experienceBachelor’s degreeExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productPreferred QualificationsExperience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environmentAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
