Join to apply for the Project Engineer role at TXT GROUP1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Project Engineer role at TXT GROUPTXT e-Tech is looking for a Technical Management & Scheduling Specialist to support planning, coordination and technical control activities within the Mission System area.The successful candidate will play a central role in defining project plans, managing backlogs, coordinating technical domain activities and continuously monitoring work progress according to classic and Agile methodologies.Main responsibilitiesProject ManagementDefining and updating processes and project plans for the Mission System area.Coordinating and aligning the planning of the various technical domains, identifying interdependencies and interfaces.Recognising and managing dependencies with other systems or organisational areas.Managing project risks, assumptions, opportunities and deliverables.Ensuring consistent and harmonised integration across all planning levels.Project ExecutionFacilitating interactions between technical teams and governance/integration functions.Supporting communication and operational alignment between the various areas involved.Project ControlMonitor the schedule, ensuring consistency with the reference plans.Control the progress of risks in relation to the technical scope and interdependencies with other systems.Monitor the progress of deliverables and resources used.Technical skills requiredPrevious experience in technical project management or complex systems management.Multi-team analysis, planning and coordination skills.Knowledge of scheduling tools and Agile methodologies.Excellent communication skills with technical and organisational stakeholders.Good knowledge of technical English.Nice to haveCertifications in Project Management or Agile (PMP, Scrum, SAFe).Experience in advanced technology fields (aerospace, defence, telecommunications, automation).Familiarity with resource, risk, deliverable and technical backlog management.EducationBachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Management Engineering or related disciplines.Why Join TXT GroupPermanent employment contract.Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding and international environment.Continuous technical training.Corporate benefits: health insurance, welfare programs, meal vouchers, and employee discounts.Position is open to all applicants regardless of gender, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 198/2006.
