Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer Emilia Romagna, who will have the possibility to conducts service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements.Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, He/She will demonstrate the ability to utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems and implement solutions. He/She'll be able to communicate and to listen honesty and to create empathy with the customer, colleagues and collaborators.Key Responsibilities:Provide Technical Customer support, on-site assistance to our hospital customers, the assistance can occasionally occur during weekends and overnightEscalates complex issues to greater level of technical supportResponds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary SchoolDiplomaOpen to travel in Emilia Romagna, driving license is mandatoryGood communication and interpersonal skills both in English and in ItalianAble to work autonomously, being a team player as wellYou will be part of a dynamic team in which there is a high focus on delivering results and continuous improvement, but also where having fun and teamwork is very important.
