What will you do? For the strengthening of the Technology Competence Center, Alkemy is looking for one Digital Project Manager. The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating technology projects, primarily focused on the implementation of websites and applications. This position will require working closely with various internal departments and business stakeholders to ensure the proper execution of projects, adherence to deadlines, and the achievement of defined objectives. Structuring and maintaining work plans: Organize and update project work plans, ensuring they are aligned with the implementation of websites and applications, and that deadlines are met. Collaboration with stakeholders: Work with key business stakeholders to precisely define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of expectations. Defining roles and responsibilities: In collaboration with internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail, and Legal, define a set of milestones, roles, and responsibilities for each project or initiative. Tracking milestones and objectives: Establish a framework to track project milestones, goals, and objectives, and effectively communicate progress. Additionally, help identify potential issues and propose solutions. Leadership in project allocation: Coordinate with IT/ICT managers to define the allocation of projects according to the release plan, ensuring proper distribution of resources. Creating execution plans: Define key project stakeholders and tasks necessary to create a robust execution plan (GANTT) that will guide the entire project process. Managing updates and deliverables: Continuously monitor project updates and control the delivery of results, ensuring that deliverables are on time and meet quality standards. Location : Milan (hybrid) Experience : 1-3 years Competence Center : Technology What do we value? 1-3 years of digital project management preferably in ICT. Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management vocabulary. Excellent internal and customer communication skills.
