E-commerce Optimization Manager (Analytics-Driven, Hands-On, UX-Oriented) If you’re someone who spends all their days in analytics identifying frictions and issues, you are the person for the job.We are not looking for a performance marketing specialist or a software developer. This is a builder role for someone who learns through data, prototypes solutions, and improves the product weekly.What You'll Do Use analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Hotjar, etc.) to identify UX issues, drop-offs, and opportunitiesManage A/B testing to ensure new features are an improvementSegment users by touchpoint to shape our user interfaceOversee UX, SEO, and data teams, keeping efforts focused on high-impact pages.Ensure proper header structure and SEO best practices on all new pagesCreate and maintain a clear, actionable roadmap based on input from leadershipSkills Proficiency in GA4Proficiency in VWO (or similar A/B testing tools)Strong understanding of on-page SEO, Google Search Console & metadata optimizationFamiliarity with UX design tools like Figmaor similarExperience 3+ years managing e-commerce operations or teams2+ years managing A/B testing2+ years managingCRO initiatives2+ years working with SEO and metadata optimizationWhat This Role Is Not Not a marketing roleNot a project manager who “tracks tasks”Our Company We are The Tour Guy, the leading provider of unforgettable tours and authentic experiences for English-speaking travelers exploring Europe and the U.S.A.
