The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the deployment of cutting-edge robotics solutions, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. If you are passionate about robotics, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply and be part of our mission to revolutionize the industry.YOUR ROLEAssist to develop and manage project plans related to advanced robotics programs, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to achieve program objectives.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies throughout the program lifecycle.Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in program management.YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCESMaster degree5 to 10 years professional experience, close to industrial environment, semiconductor knowledge is a plusStrong understanding of advanced robotics systems, including AI, hardware and software components.Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in robotics or technology development.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to robotics.Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Thoroughness / autonomy / synthesisEnglish business proficiencyItalian speaker is a plusWe encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we appreciate diverse perspectives and provide opportunities for growth and learning.
