Pramac , part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Jr Product Manager for our Gas Genset solutions in the Power division. PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS As a Junior Product Manager for Gas Genset , you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, launch, and management of our stationary gas solutions. Working closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, market research, and product development activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in product management. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Support Product Strategy and Roadmap Assist in developing and executing product strategy and roadmap for Gas Genset solutions. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Contribute insights and recommendations to help prioritize features, define product requirements, and align product development efforts with business objectives. Assist in Product Development and Execution Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross‑functional teams to support product development activities from concept to launch. Assist in defining product features, specifications, and user experience based on market insights and customer feedback. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and support go‑to‑market initiatives. Assist in communicating product updates, milestones, and roadmap plans internally and externally, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization. Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts to build relationships and gather insights to inform product decisions. Performance Monitoring and Optimization Support monitoring of product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and iterative improvements. Contribute to post‑launch analysis and retrospectives to gather learnings and insights for future product iterations and enhancements. PERSONAL SKILLS Basic understanding of power generation systems, or related fields is a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Self‑motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and contributing to innovative projects. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus. 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role, preferably in the energy, technology, or manufacturing industry.
