In this role you will drive operational excellence across Unilever’s Casalpusterlengo factory, leading world-class manufacturing transformation. You will develop and lead a multidisciplinary team while delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and sustainability. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation efforts. Responsabilità
  • Lead manufacturing operations across the sulphonation plant, packing lines, and palletization area to ensure safe, efficient production
  • Coach and develop First Line Managers, Process Engineers, and Maintenance Coordinators to foster accountability and continuous learning
  • Drive Run to Standard and Unilever Manufacturing System implementation and sustainability
  • Identify losses and lead structured improvement projects to eliminate waste and defects
  • Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Safety, Quality, and other teams to meet objectives and run improvement projects
  • Lead daily operational reviews and performance meetings for timely decisions
  • Analyze data to spot opportunities, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions
  • Lead root cause analysis and support frontline teams in implementing sustainable countermeasures
  • Validate improvements and update operating standards for long-term stability
  • Champion digital transformation and new technologies to boost manufacturing effectiveness and supply chain performance
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Master in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Management)
  • Proven experience leading manufacturing or operations teams in a complex industrial setting
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making
  • Professional proficiency in English and Italian
