Position La Figura Da Noi Ricercata Verrà Inserita Nella Unit Customer Development & Data Analysis All'interno Della Direzione Marketing, Adverting & Events e Si Occuperà Di Progettare, sviluppare e implementare prototipi di datamart funzionali alle analisi della customer base e delle campagne di MA. Contribuire alla data democratization per favorire l’approccio data driven della strategia al cliente da parte della Unità Organizzativa. Disegnare e realizzare dashboard Power BI per il monitoraggio del funnel della strategia di comunicazione al cliente. Sviluppare modelli di machine learning per l’ottimizzazione della strategia di contatto del cliente realizzata tramite Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Realizzare narrazioni efficaci del dato. Requirements Pregressa esperienza analitica in ambito bancariofinanziario.Ottima conoscenza di SQL e Python.Conoscenza di almeno una piattaforma di Data visualization (ad esempio Power BI e Looker).Conoscenza di Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Laurea in discipline STEM.Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi in ambito bancariofinanziario. Completano Il Profilo Forte attitudine al problem solving.Visione architetturale del dato, accuratezza, pensiero analitico, capacità di sintesi e condivisione efficace delle informazioni.Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia che in team e propensione alla condivisione del know-how.
