Sales Manager (f/m/x) in Italy - Crane Products Join to apply for the Sales Manager (f/m/x) in Italy - Crane Products role at XCMG Europe GmbHResponsibilities Drive sales and promotion of crane products to achieve monthly and annual targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to support sales, marketing, and service activitiesCollaborate with the technical team to train dealers and key customers on product use and applicationsMaintain direct contact with major clients, project developers, and rental companiesReport on market trends, channel development, sales performance, and customer feedback to support strategic decision makingYour profile Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldSolid experience in the crane or heavy machinery industry, preferably with experience in large-scale projectsEstablished customer network with proven ability to expand market presenceFamiliarity with different types of cranes, their technical specifications, applications, and market trendsStrong sales skills, including customer acquisition, needs analysis, solution development, price negotiation, and contract managementExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWillingness to travelWhy us?
