CASSINA DE' PECCHI, Cassina De' Pecchi, Italy Otis has an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer who is capable of managing a busy and demanding business workload. In this Legal Counsel role, you will be responsible for business law advice and legal compliance matters for the Otis businesses in Italy, reporting to the Director, Legal, SEET. The location for this role is in Italy (Cassina de' Pecchi - MI). Responsibilities: Provide counsel and advice to the business including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts Act in an advising capacity on disputes and legal issues Manage non-significant litigation matters as well as provide day-to-day support for significant litigation matters Liaising with external counsel and deploying ongoing training Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' broad operational legal experience, ideally gained at a reputable law firm and/or in a major corporation; Completion of the bar exam Fluent in English and Italian.
