Sarai il punto di riferimento per l'ottimizzazione dei processi di manutenzione all'interno del settore FMCGLa risorsa, riportando al Plant Manager, svolgerà le seguenti attività:Coordinare e supervisionare il team di manutenzione per garantire la massima efficienza operativa.Elaborare e implementare piani di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva.Monitorare e valutare le performance degli impianti e delle attrezzature.Gestire il budget relativo alle attività di manutenzione.Collaborare con il dipartimento di Engineering per ottimizzare i processi.Gestire i rapporti con fornitori esterni e monitorare la qualità dei loro servizi.Proporre soluzioni innovative per migliorare l'efficienza operativa.Gestione di risorse.Requisiti: Laurea in Ingegneria o una disciplina tecnica correlata. Esperienza nella gestione di attività di manutenzione in contesti strutturati appartenenti al settore FMCG. Conoscenza approfondita delle normative sulla sicurezza sul lavoro e ambientali. Capacità di leadership e gestione di team tecnici. Competenze nell'uso di sistemi gestionali per la manutenzione. Orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi e alla pianificazione strategica.#J-18808-Ljbffr
