You’ll manage a small team, coordinate with partners, and ensure survivors receive timely, survivor‑centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesLead GBV response and protection monitoring at the hotspot.Identify and support Persons with Specific Needs (PSNs), focusing on GBV survivors.Deliver information sessions and safe‑space activities for women and families.Coordinate referrals to health, anti‑trafficking, and legal services.Train local authorities and reception staff on protection standards.Collect and report data to strengthen program impact.RequirementsDegree in Social Sciences or related field.3+ years’ experience in GBV and protection work.Strong coordination and communication skills.Fluent in Italian and English (French / Arabic a plus).Knowledge of Italian legal system and international protection procedures.Ability to provide psychological first aid and basic MHPSS.Working EnvironmentThis role is based in Lampedusa, with regular travel across Southern Italy to support disembarkation procedures and reception facilities.
