As part of this global team, youll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with platform policies and fostering a positive user experience for the Italian market.Your RoleAs a Content Moderator, you will:Analyze and Moderate Content: Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user appeals to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.Maintain Platform Standards: Identify and address content that violates policies, including sensitive material (e.g., vulgar content, violence, fake news).Shift Rotation: Be part of a 24/7 team, working on rotational shifts to provide around-the-clock support.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and moderate user-generated content in accordance with platform policies.Maintain a consistent and professional approach, even when handling sensitive content.Collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality moderation service.Training Program: 92.80 EUR per week during the 10-day training period (8 hours/day, conducted in English).Salary:858.81 EUR gross/month (including base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, plus food allowance and room allowance).Additional Benefits:Private health insurance.Meal card and holiday bonuses.Relocation PackageWe make your move to Lisbon seamless with:Airport pick-up and administrative assistance.Reimbursement of initial flight expenses.Annual round-trip flight to your home country (within the EU).Accommodation in company-rented, fully furnished apartments for at least 14 months.Utilities included: water, gas, electricity, cable TV, and internet.Perks of JoiningFree Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and more.Access to shared company apartments equipped with modern amenities, located 20-60 minutes from the workplace.Work ScheduleHours: 40 hours/week, rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday).Hiring ProcessApplication ReviewOnline Language TestsClient InterviewAdditional InformationA 1-month trial period applies.Temporary contract with potential for renewal and permanency.Disclaimer: This role involves reviewing sensitive content, including explicit material.Take the leap and make an impact Join us in Lisbon and contribute to a safer and more enjoyable social media experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
