Commissioning Engineer - Tenova Join to apply for the Commissioning Engineer role at Tenova. We are looking for a young Commissioning Engineer willing to join our Downstream Team to carry out the timely commissioning of plants, in full compliance with BU quality standards, growing the Tenova brand while liaising with the customer on site. Responsibilities Cooperate with various discipline supervisors for pre/commissioning and ensure the collection of trial documentation and the technical documentation updated according to trials held. Prepare final test procedures for plant acceptance trials. Transmit any request for modification and ensuing non‑compliance reports, co‑ordinate pending lists with discipline supervisors and execution managers. Prepare the takeover packages. Support site manager in plant start‑up activities. Guarantee, wherever necessary, execution of off‑site training and on‑the‑job training for client personnel. Report and archive results of commissioning activities, giving feedback to technical department, particularly for guaranteed parameters and customer acceptance. Perform test execution/commissioning. Supervise and ensure collection of trial documentation and maintain technical documentation updated according to trials held. Give feedback to project manager/engineer about the plant working condition relative to design parameters. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Focus on Technical Physics or Process Technology is a plus. Willingness to frequent worldwide travel (up to 50% of working time, typically for continuous periods of 1–2 months). Fluent in English, written and spoken. Good interpersonal skills and strong independent character. Excellent ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.
