B1 o B2 ccnl Metalmeccanico Aziende IndustrialiLuogo : Firenze, possibilità di smart-workingOrario di lavoro : full timeRetribuzione annua : 34000€ - 40000€esperienza1 annoQualificationsLaurea Magistrale o Dottorato in Ingegneria Meccanica o campo correlato.esperienza con strumenti CAD e CAM per la preparazione di componenti stampati in metallo 3D.gradita esperienza in sviluppo di prodotti meccanici, ingegneria di produzione, ingegneria degli utensili, fabbricazione ad alta precisione o ruoli correlati.competenze nella progettazione per il trasferimento di calore, in particolare per scambiatori di calore o componenti per turbine a gas.competenza nell'applicazione pratica di metodi di ingegneria e tecniche di problem-solving.esperienza con software di progettazione additiva per la producibilità, strumenti di progettazione CAD / FEM e processi di manifattura additiva, con focus sulla progettazione di turbomacchine.tecniche di post-processingottime capacità comunicative, in grado di fornire aggiornamenti tempestivi e guidare discussioni sullo sviluppo dei processi e sulle sfide tecniche.Responsibilitiessviluppo e miglioramento dei processi di manifattura additiva per componenti nuovi ed esistenti.assicurare che le soluzioni di produzione siano conformi agli standard operativi, di qualità e di progettazione dell'azienda.supporto ai team di progetto e allo sviluppo delle competenze dei colleghi più junior.sviluppare, validare e documentare i processi di produzione, garantendo che parametri, materiali di consumo e operazioni secondarie siano allineati alle specifiche del prodotto.collaborazioni con i Global Supply Managers e i fornitori per allineare le strategie di sviluppo della produzione con obiettivi, tempistiche e aspettative chiari.comunicare progressi, problemi e risultati tecnici ai team interfunzionali, garantendo l'allineamento tra i requisiti di progettazione e le capacità produttive.identificare e implementare attrezzature e processi di fabbricazione appropriati per soddisfare i requisiti operativi e di design.partecipare alle revisioni tecniche e di programma per garantire un miglioramento continuo.contribuire a iniziative organizzative più ampie a supporto degli obiettivi di business a lungo termine.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903 / 77).
