Marketing Coordinator– EMEA (Holistic Well-being) We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support strategic growth initiatives across the European market for a leading organization in the holistic well-being sector . This role bridges Marketing ensuring consistent communication, effective tools, and training programs to empower the sales force and drive business development. Key Responsibilities Support sales activities such as events, incentives, and promotions, including organizing webinars , managing communications, coordinating translations, and producing marketing materials. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of initiatives. Assist with market research and product-related strategies, including logistics for product launches. Monitor project timelines and specifications to ensure compliance. Prepare business proposals and create video presentations to support strategic initiatives. Coordinate training sessions for the sales force (virtual and in-person) and provide tools to enhance performance. Plan and manage regional events, including venue coordination and agency liaison. Deliver competitive intelligence and market trend analysis. Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels (excluding social media). Conduct customer surveys and manage distributor recognition programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Analytical skills for data management and reporting. Fluency in English; additional European languages (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus. Willingness to travel and adapt to business needs. What We Offer Permanent contract.
