In this pivotal role, you will lead enterprise-wide IT architecture strategies, ensure compliance with architectural standards, evaluate emerging technologies, and collaborate closely with domain architects. Your expertise will drive the alignment of our IT initiatives with business goals, supporting our ongoing digital transformation.Key Accountibilities Lead Enterprise IT Architecture Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive IT architecture strategies that support and enhance MSC Cruises' business objectives. Ensure Compliance with Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across all IT domains. Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Continuously assess new technologies to determine their potential impact and value to the organization. Collaborate with Domain Architects: Work closely with domain-specific architects to ensure cohesive and integrated IT solutions. Provide Architectural Oversight: Offer guidance and oversight for major IT projects to ensure architectural alignment and integrity. Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and successful project outcomes. Develop Architecture Documentation: Maintain up-to-date architectural documentation, including blueprints, roadmaps, and standards. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in IT architecture or related roles, with a proven track record in leading enterprise architecture initiatives. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), cloud technologies, microservices, and integration patterns. Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT governance, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proactive Approach: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
