Restructuring Manager Villa & Partners Human Capital Solutions•Milano, Provincia di Milano; Lombardia, Italy Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Per conto di un gruppo leader in crediti deteriorati e asset alternativi, stiamo cercando un/una: Restructuring Manager RESPONSABILITA’: Valutare e implementare strategie di ristrutturazione, per posizioni debitorie > 5 milioni Fornire aggiornamenti regolari sullo stato dei processi di ristrutturazione gestiti e dell’andamento del portafoglio in gestione in termini di rispetto dei KPI e di monitoraggio delle previsioni di incasso Condurre negoziazioni con debitori, advisor finanziari e legali nell’ambito di piano di ristrutturazione complessi Collaborare con altre funzioni interne ed esterne alla società Presentare analisi e materiali per l'approvazione delle strategie nei comitati interni PROFILO PROFESSIONALE: 7-10 anni di esperienza nella gestione di processioni di ristrutturazione complessa Conoscenza del Codice della Crisi d’impresa Preferibile la provenienza da divisioni di Restructuring di Big4, Servicer, Boutique di Corporate Finance, divisioni restructuring di primari Istituti Finanziari Forti capacità di analisi finanziaria e negoziazione REQUISITI: Laurea Magistrale in Economia/Finanza Aziendale Conoscenza della lingua inglese SEDE DI LAVORO: Milano o Roma #J-18808-Ljbffr
