Descrizione del ruolo Come IT Field Services Engineer, sarai responsabile del supporto IT on-site per gli utenti, gestendo incidenti, richieste e modifiche tramite il nostro ITSM tool. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team remoti e fornitori per garantire la continuità operativa e la migliore esperienza utente. Responsabilità principali Risolvere incidenti e richieste IT secondo le procedure ITSM Fornire assistenza agli utenti nell’uso corretto degli strumenti IT Monitorare e gestire l’infrastruttura IT locale Coordinare fornitori terzi per interventi on-site Documentare configurazioni e asset IT Requisiti Diploma tecnico in ambito IT o disponibilità a conseguirlo Certificazione ITIL 4 Foundation 1-2 anni di esperienza in ruoli di supporto IT Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft solutions , dispositivi end-user e reti Inglese fluente e orientamento al servizio Disponibilità a lavorare on-site 5 giorni a settimana Cosa offriamo Contratto stabile e rispetto dell’anzianità di servizio Luogo di lavoro inclusivo e stimolante Ambiente internazionale e collaborativo Candidati ora e diventa parte di un team che fa la differenza #J-18808-Ljbffr
