Per azienda cliente, importante Gruppo manifatturiero con sede in provincia di Udine, siamo attualmente alla ricerca per un riassetto organizzativo e con responsabilità multi-plant di un Manufacturing Manager. Responsabilità La figura si occuperà di : Coordinare le attività produttive e di manutenzione, assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi in termini di qualità, quantità, costi, tempi e sicurezza; Collaborare con le funzioni aziendali (Programmazione, Qualità, RSPP, Acquisti) per ottimizzare l’efficienza del processo produttivo; Supervisionare le aree produttive gestite dai Responsabili dei Reparti afferenti ai diversi processi di lavorazione; Gestire l’area manutenzione in collaborazione con il Responsabile di Manutenzione; Promuovere lo sviluppo delle competenze e l’autonomia del team, favorendo un clima di lavoro positivo; Assicurare il rispetto delle normative in materia di sicurezza e salute sul lavoro, promuovendo iniziative di miglioramento continuo. Profilo Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti : Titolo di studio a indirizzo tecnico o gestionale; Esperienza consolidata in ruoli analoghi preferibilmente nel settore alimentare; Esperienza in progetti legati al miglioramento dei processi produttivi; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
