This role is based at our headquarters in Milan, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will support and actively cooperate with the IT Team on different projects. Specifically, you will:Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s business development goals;Assist in the development of the business development plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, and upper management, for use in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning;Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion;Evangelise the product and personally help close largest dealsWork collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing;Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your business development objectives;Provide full visibility into the business development pipeline at every stage of its progression;Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers, both externally and internally.What we need

If you're looking for a job where you challenge yourself, learn, and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for youYou have:+6 years of relevant business development experience including management of inside business development and AE functions, and a track record of exceeding quota;Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams;Strong leadership and team-building skills.You are: Able to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions;Strong in problem solving, issue-resolution, able to work in a deadline-driven work environment, detail-oriented, and able to multitask;Extensively knowledgeable about business development principles and practices, and able to coach others on them. Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
