Manpower , società specializzata nella selezione di profili qualificati, è attualmente alla ricerca di un F&B Supervisor per conto di un prestigioso hotel 5 stelle situato nel cuore di Milano, zona Brera.La struttura, rinomata per l eccellenza del servizio e l ambiente elegante e internazionale, desidera inserire nel proprio team un professionista dinamico, organizzato e con esperienza nella gestione operativa del Food & Beverage.Principali responsabilitàCoordinare le attività quotidiane del reparto F&B (ristorante, bar, room service)Garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi e delle procedure operative dell hotelSupervisionare il personale di sala, supportando la formazione e lo sviluppo del teamCollaborare con Chef e Restaurant Manager per assicurare un servizio impeccabileMonitorare le scorte e gestire gli ordini in collaborazione con il magazzinoApplicare rigorosamente le norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP)Gestire eventuali problematiche operative e assicurare la soddisfazione degli ospitiSede di lavoroMilano Zona Brera (Hotel di lusso)Orario di lavoroContratto full-timeTurni prevalentemente continuativi, con disponibilità a lavorare nei weekend e festiviDue giorni di riposo settimanaliQualifiche richiesteEsperienza pregressa come F&B Supervisor o ruolo analogo in hotel di fascia alta. Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership. Orientamento al cliente e attenzione ai dettagli. Conoscenza delle norme HACCP.
