Job DescriptionSi ricerca un Business Analyst Neolaureato / Junior. Il ruolo di Business Analyst offre l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze funzionali in aree come la supply chain e la finanza, oltre a competenze tecniche nella configurazione e implementazione di soluzioni all'avanguardia come SAP, IBM, Dassault e Adobe Commerce.Il Business Analyst sarà assegnato a un'unità aziendale dedicata, focalizzata su un processo specifico. Questa unità collabora a progetti entusiasmanti e serve clienti prestigiosi in tutto il mondo.Responsabilità ChiaveAnalizzare i processi aziendali per identificare opportunità di miglioramento.Collaborare con il team per implementare soluzioni innovative.Fornire raccomandazioni strategiche basate sui dati analizzati.Partecipare a progetti con clienti internazionali.RequisitiLaurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente.Interesse per l'analisi dei dati e la risoluzione dei problemi.Disponibilità a imparare e adattarsi a nuove tecnologie.Competenze Tecniche RichiesteConoscenza di strumenti di analisi dei dati.Familiarità con software ERP come SAP o simili.Competenze in Excel e presentazione dei dati.Cosa OffriamoOpportunità di crescita professionale in un ambiente dinamico.Formazione continua e supporto nello sviluppo delle competenze.Un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo e collaborativo.LuogoMilano, ItaliaProcess and Digital Transformation ActivitiesWorking on digital transformation and business process re‐engineering projects, you will be involved in the following main activities:Process analysis: Collecting and analyzing business requirements to define and implement operating models.Process redesign: Conducting functional analysis and system customization to support project implementation and development.Reviewing system functionalities based on current configuration and/or technical specifications.Process automation: Utilizing disruptive technologies such as drones, interconnected solutions, dashboards, big data, and cloud to automate processes and standardize procedures.Business process optimization: Assisting in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms, ranging from model and process design to implementation.Creating presentations to effectively communicate with business references or stakeholders.Conducting training sessions for key users and providing post go‑live support.#J-18808-Ljbffr
