We take our customer requirements for uptime seriously and keep our facilities maintained to a very high standard to ensure uninterrupted service for our customers.DutiesOperate, monitor, maintain, and respond to abnormal conditions in facility systems. Areas include: Electrical, mechanical, building monitoring, and control.Use of the Building Management System (BMS) and regular on-site checks.Management of suppliers and services, and maintenance of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).Daily monitoring of maintenance service providers and ensuring cleanliness standards.Implementation of improvement plans and small projects.Job RequirementsTechnical education (advanced technician or engineer level) in one of the following areas: Electricity (generators, UPS, low voltage distribution), climate, and cooling.Knowledge of fire protection and physical security (access control, video, and intrusion detection systems) or central building management systems is advantageous.Experience in operating data centers or similar environments.Versatile technical knowledge, especially in the areas of operation, maintenance, and inspection of critical systems.English and Italian – The minimum level required is B1.We operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
