With operations in Italy and North America, and a proven track record of excellence, we continue to be a trusted partner for the development of smart, reliable, and high-precision solutions.About the RoleWe are looking for Graduate Talents to join our growing teams across Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Engineering, Production, People & Culture (HR), Finance, Legal, and IT. Reporting directly to the relevant Functional Manager (based on your chosen track), you will contribute to the effective execution and continuous improvement of our core processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with experienced professionals across engineering, production, corporate, and IT - working in an environment that blends the rigor of global industry standards with the agility of a forward‑looking company. Depending on your track, you will help strengthen operational excellence, product quality, customer experience, people & culture, compliance, financial performance, and digital enablement. Exposure to continuous improvement, quality frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100/AS13100 where applicable), and data‑driven ways of working will be part of your journey. If you’re driven by purpose, technology, and growth, this is the place for you.Your Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to team goals, meet deadlines, and uphold safety, ethics, and compliance standards.Analyze data, prepare reports/dashboards, and propose improvements based on evidence.Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and continuous improvement.Document processes, maintain accurate records, and support internal communication and knowledge sharing.QualificationsRecent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following (or related) fields:Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Management, Materials/Metallurgy, Automation, Aerospace)Business/Economics/ManagementLawComputer Science / Information Systems / Computer EngineeringRequired SkillsGrowth mindset: curiosity, accountability, adaptability, and a collaborative approach.Systems & data: confidence with Microsoft Office.Quality & standards (nice to have): basic awareness of ISO 9001; in aerospace contexts AS9100/AS13100/AS13001/AS9117.Languages: Italian C1 minimum and English B2 minimum.Eligibility: able to work on‑site; availability aligned with area needs.Prior full‑time experience is not required.
