Their mission is to support individuals with dignity and respect, helping them live more comfortably and independently.Role OverviewWe are seeking a committed and professional Support Worker (Helfende Hände) to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance and emotional support, helping clients with daily living tasks and enhancing their overall quality of life.Key Responsibilities include:Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)Supporting mobility and safe transfersHelping with meal preparation, feeding assistance and hydration remindersSupporting medication intake as per care plan (if qualified/approved)Providing companionship, meaningful activities and emotional encouragementCollaborating with the broader care team and following care plans/documentation standardsMaintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for clientsCandidate RequirementsWe are strictly looking for candidates who meet the following criteria due to regulatory and employment compliance:Must be a citizen of an EU Member State (proof of citizenship required) non-EU candidates will not be consideredValid right to work in the country of employmentExperience in care, nursing assistance or similar role (or equivalent training)Strong communication skills in (English + German - at lest B1 lvl)Empathetic, reliable, punctual and physically able to support mobility and daily tasksAbility to work both independently and as part of a care teamWillingness to undergo background check and hold any required certifications (e.g., first aid, care qualification)Flexibility in schedule, including possible evenings/weekends if requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageStructured induction and ongoing training / professional developmentSupportive team environment with clear communication channelsMeaningful, rewarding work making a real difference in someones lifeHow to ApplyPlease send your CV (in English or German) .
