We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering Team and play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems supporting cutting-edge water purification, storage, and distribution solutions for the global biopharmaceutical market.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will:

• Review customer specifications and translate requirements into compliant electrical designs.
• Select and specify electrical components, including instrumentation, motors, drives, and associated equipment.
• Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate directly with customers through design reviews, feasibility assessments, and HAZOP activities.
• Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Drive standardization initiatives and support continuous improvement of engineering processes.
• Contribute to product simplification and complexity reduction strategies.
• Maintain and improve engineering standards, specifications, procedures, and design documentation.
• Support the organization's growth by developing scalable and efficient engineering solutions.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of international electrical standards and regulations (IEC, UL, and related standards).
• Expertise in electrical design for industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience specifying instrumentation, motors, variable frequency drives, and electrical control systems.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and translate process requirements into electrical solutions.
• Experience with electrical design software; SPAC knowledge is highly appreciated.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
• Previous experience with packaged systems, skids, or process equipment is considered a strong advantage.
• Experience in highly regulated sectors such as Biopharma, Life Sciences, Water Treatment, Food & Beverage, or similar industries is highly valued.
