Stage – Environmental Engineer/Geologist

WSP Italia has a new opportunity for an internship in the role of Environmental Engineer / Environmental Geologist , who will be part of our Development & Remediation Energy and Industrial & Commercial teams. It is one of the leading companies in the engineering consultancy sector. It has offices in Turin, Milan, Rome, Padua, Pisa, Cosenza, and Priolo (SR). YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED? The position involves supporting the management of remediation projects in accordance with Legislative Decree 152/2006. The ideal candidate holds a second-level (Master’s) degree or postgraduate qualification in Environmental Engineering or Geology, with an environmental specialization. A strong knowledge of the following tools is preferred: AutoCAD, GIS, Word, Excel, Acrobat. Internship duration: 6 months (There may be an opportunity for permanent employment following the internship) Training program includes support in: Management of contaminated site remediation projects Organization and supervision of field activities Data management related to water, soil, and gas investigations Support for engineering activities Reporting Requirements: Degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Geology Basic knowledge activities related to contaminated site remediation projects Knowledge of main IT tools Basic oral and written communication skills in a technical context Knowledge of the English language Attention to detail Technical support capability Commitment and reliability Compliance with safety regulations Candidates with degrees other than those specified will not be considered for this position.
