Your Role We are looking for a professional Travel Office & Accommodation Specialist, whose role is to organize, arrange and support business travelers according to the company’s travel policy. Your Impact Plan and organize efficient travel arrangements and logistics, coordinate and book flights, ground transportation, accommodation, and other related travel services worldwide for employees and business guests Provide expert support to travelers by advising on suitable destinations, itineraries, travel dates, costs, accommodations and travel-related documents like visas, and resolve issues during trips Offer relevant information and ensure effective management of travelers in adherence to travel policies and regulations Address and resolve travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests Manage corporate agreements with airlines, train lines, hotel chains, and other travel service providers to secure favorable terms Establish and maintain relationships with travel agencies worldwide; analyze travel spending to identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain accurate statistical and financial records related to travel expenses and prepare reports for travel management Manage travel budgets by effectively coordinating travel operations and maximizing cost efficiencies About You Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. What You Should Bring Work experience as a Travel Agent in the business sector with licensing Expertise in online booking service and tailor-made business travel; excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems and e-travel Detail-oriented approach to managing complex logistics Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends Strong negotiation and analytical abilities Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage Wellness oriented Fluent in English Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
