We are looking for motivated professionals to join our Video Activation Team in Milan. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in TV and CTV (Connected TV) media planning who are passionate about delivering high-quality media activations that align with client objectives and campaign priorities.Job Description :As a Video Consultant TV & CTV you will :Campaign Management :Organize and activate TV and CTV video campaigns ensuring objectives are clearly defined and achieved within agreed time cost and quality parameters.Plan and execute TV and CTV media campaigns based on the strategy provided by the activation manager.Monitor campaign performance and ensure results meet or exceed client expectations.Team Collaboration :Support team members in delivering high-quality outputs providing feedback and performing quality control on deliverables.Ensure the team understands client KPIs and has the tools and guidance to deliver against those targets.Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence in campaign delivery.Client Success :Provide accurate and timely reporting on TV and CTV campaigns offering actionable insights.Maintain strong relationships with clients addressing challenges proactively and managing expectations effectively.Process Improvement :Support the implementation of commercial agreements related to TV and CTV planning.Contribute to the optimization of resource allocation to ensure the right expertise is applied at the right time for campaign success.Qualifications5 years of experience in TV and / or CTV media planning or activationExcellent knowledge of Kubik AQX Arianna and MCSStrong understanding of TV and CTV media platforms tools and processesExperience managing the full lifecycle of video campaigns across linear TV and CTVProficiency in analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIsFluent in Italian and English both written and spokenPersonal AttributesHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong collaboration and interpersonal skillsProactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a teamLocation : MilanBrand : CaratTime Type : Full timeContract Type : PermanentRequired Experience :Senior ICKey SkillsApple Numbers,Apple Pages,Video Editing,Motion Graphics,Adobe After Effects,Adobe Creative Suite,Adobe Photoshop,Cinema 4D,Post Production,Adobe Premiere,Final Cut Pro,Video productionEmployment Type : Full-TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
