Summary To complete the Reservation Team, we are looking for a Reservation Supervisor for the 2025 season. The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for providing travel information, itineraries, and prices; handling customer complaints or concerns; advising customers on travel terms and conditions; making reservations; and sending confirmation notices. They collaborate with the Revenue Manager and the Sales & Marketing Manager, assist the sales team in setting rates, maintain internal reservation systems, forecast revenue streams, and manage their team effectively. Sommario Per completare il reparto Reservation, ricerchiamo un/una Reservation Supervisor per la stagione 2025. Il Reservation Supervisor si occupa delle prenotazioni, di fornire informazioni di viaggio, itinerari e prezzi, della gestione dei reclami, della consulenza ai clienti sui termini e le condizioni di viaggio, dell'effettuazione di prenotazioni e dell'invio di avvisi di conferma. Collabora con il Revenue Manager e il responsabile Sales & Marketing, assiste il team di vendita nella definizione delle tariffe, si occupa dei sistemi di prenotazione interni e gestisce efficacemente il proprio team.
