What you’ll be doing: As a Quantity Surveyor at Gleeds, you’ll play a key role in the delivery and commercial success of major Infrastructure programmes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting commercial management of major infrastructure projects from inception to completion Developing procurement strategies and managing contracts (NEC3/4) to ensure value and compliance Managing cost planning, forecasting, and reporting for high‑value works Overseeing risk, change control, and commercial governance Collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best‑in‑class outcomes Providing leadership and mentoring to junior commercial staff What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager on major infrastructure projects - sector experience is essential Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and UK construction law Excellent commercial acumen, communication skills, and client‑facing experience Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field Why Gleeds?
