Job DescriptionThe goal of ServiceNow Administrator is to provide support to the Managed Services ServiceNow Platform for the customers that we have. This position will assist in developing the ServiceNow strategy by providing technical insight as it applies to the design and support of ServiceNow. This position will also be responsible for working with clients to integrate ServiceNow with clients Service management tools do testing when required and offering a people oriented and also a technical customer support experience.You are part of an Agile Service team and are committed to improve and secure the quality of our customers products. You will participate in all the Scrum meetings like stand up demo and retrospectives.Adapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing customers business needsWriting of documentation and proceduresReporting on progress issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processesPerform day to day support administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow multi-domain platformMonitor systems integration and process automationWork closely with business users to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from the client to fulfillment teamsPerform testing of ServiceNow updates and new releasesConfigure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow such as workflow user interface (UI) client scripts business rules and more utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessaryStrong ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions and continual service improvementAbility to effectively absorb information from various sources then analyze and examine data in detail in order to draw appropriate conclusionsImplementing corrective actionsFix possible incidents/defects in ServiceNow modules or elevate to development if necessaryQualifications6 months to 1 year of hands‑on JavaScript experience or HTML not required but is a plusAt least 1 year of experience in IT Service Delivery or similar experience in an administrator roleExperience with ITIL or having an ITIL Foundation Certification is a plusStrong problem solving priority setting and collaboration skillsGood organizational and analytical skills.
