QC Supervisor CivilElectrical-InstrumentationNDT

Supervise inspection activities across civil electrical instrumentation and NDT disciplines. Verify Quality Control Plans implementation manage inspection teams and ensure all quality records are properly collected for project completion and client handover. This role offers specialization tracks based on technical expertise and project requirements. Location : Project-based (International assignments) Experience Level : Mid to Senior (5-12 years) Disciplines : Civil Electrical Instrumentation NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) Key Responsibilities Supervise and witness inspections check reports and verify collection of Quality Records Review Quality Control Plans and verify tests / inspections are performed according to QC Plans / Inspection Test Plans Evaluate qualification of inspection personnel and verify work procedures including special processes Check availability and adequacy of consumables equipment and instrumentation Verify materials and equipment are correctly received stored preserved calibrated and traceable Oversee subcontractor activities witness inspections and collect Quality Control Records Verify preparation of Quality works dossier and ensure records are retrievable in As-Built documentation Ensure NCR management process is in place and effectiveSupport QC Information System setup Ensure personnel have access to all required project documentation Technical Specialization Areas Civil : Excavation blinding shuttering concrete pouring techniques Iron cutting and bending reinforcement preparation Steel structures erection sequences and methodologies Foundation preparation and structural steel drawings interpretation Concrete testing (compression strength density moisture content) Laboratory examination results review Electrical : Cable laying cable identification and cable log files Electrical equipment installation (transformers switchboards batteries lighting systems) Visual inspections dimensional tests rating checks Continuity and insulation resistance testing Cable termination and torquing Functional testing for electrical equipment Instrumentation : Telecommunication systems (PA / PG radio WLAN CCTV structured cabling) Automation technologies (motors drives controllers PLC inverters) Field instruments installation and calibration Loop checks and functional testing Pneumatic signal connections Fiber optic cable installation and testing NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) : NDT technologies and methodologies Laboratory and project / site NDT activities management NDT instruments calibration and certification validity checks Supervision of NDT operations and quality control Verification of test results and documentation Qualifications : Education : Technical diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering Civil Electrical or related technical field Experience : 5-12 years in Quality Control inspection and supervision Minimum 3-5 years hands‑on experience in at least one specialization area Experience in oil & gas construction or industrial facility projects Site‑based QC supervision experience required Certifications (based on specialization) : Civil : Concrete testing certifications structural inspection credentials Electrical : Electrical safety and testing certifications Instrumentation : Instrument calibration and automation certifications NDT : NDT Level II or III certification in relevant methods (UT RT MT PT) Technical Skills : Expert knowledge of Quality Control Plans and Inspection Test Plans Proficiency with industry standards (ASTM ASME ACI IEC IEEE ASNT etc.) Understanding of construction sequences and planning Instrument calibration control capabilities Knowledge of warehouse procedures for material preservation Familiarity with QC management tools and databases Core Competencies : Client management and stakeholder communication Project coordination and leadership Subcontractor / supplier management and control Resource allocation and workload management Quality training delivery ISO 9001 Quality Management System understanding Additional Information : In SEGULA Technologies la diversità lequità e linclusione sono al centro della nostra politica delle risorse umane.
