We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide a group of adventurers and dreamers mountaineers looking for their next peak.The Business/Data Analyst will join the Business Analyst team within the Sales area serving as a key link between business needs and technical solutions. This role is responsible for developing reports and dashboards analyzing and interpreting data and collaborating with various departments to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations that support decision-making and drive business performance.Tasks & responsibilitiesDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and support business decisions using BI tools for both sell-in and sell-out dataSupport ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Brands Divisions Marketing etc.) to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data models and reporting solutions sharing these specifications with the IT Data team responsible for the more technical implementationContinuously improve reporting processes by identifying automation opportunities and best practicesEnsure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting tools and systems proactively identifying and reporting data issues and supporting the Data Governance team in defining standards and ensuring compliance with data quality policiesInterpret and present data in a clear and actionable way providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-makingProvide training and guidance to business users on BI tools and reporting solutions to ensure effective adoption and utilizationStay updated on data analytics tools and methodologies to drive innovation within the teamProfileDegree in Economics Mathematics Statistics or similar fields2 years experience in a similar positionFamiliarity with processes and dynamics of a product-based company ideally in wholesale or consumer goodsFluent in English and Italian or GermanLocationBolzano ITIf you are interested to work in a challenging international and dynamic environment then apply now#J-18808-Ljbffr
