Engineering excellence, delivered in real time - start as a Field EngineerAs a Field Engineer you will create opportunities through specifications and influencing key decision makers to deliver product/service sales within Hilti product portfolio and Engineering Services. This position is an important part of the business, shaping the construction industry all the way from concept & design through to installation & maintenance.What You’ll doYou will work with customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers to drive the specification and sales of Hilti products for the Energy segment, including anchors, installation systems, direct fastening, and fire protection solutions.You will educate key influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products to secure their inclusion in designs.You will communicate product specifications from design teams to sales teams, supporting account managers in converting specifications into sales.You will visit job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, providing technical advice, solutions, and support to add value with Hilti products.What You’ll BringMaster’s degree in Civil or Building EngineeringExcellent English and Italian2+ years of experience in design or construction (Energy sector is a plus)Customer‑oriented and goal‑drivenWhat’s In It for YouYou will have at your disposal all the tools you need to achieve exceptional results:software to support the designcoaching activitiestraining moments in both the classroom and the fielda unique corporate networkYou will be able to demonstrate your skills through ever greater responsibilities and to grow professionally through continuous contact with professionals in the sector.
