Senior Recruiter – Opportunity in Automotive Manufacturing Automotive manufacturing sector experience REQUIRED Job Highlights 10–15 years' experience in site management and maintenance operations Strong leadership, team coordination, and conflict resolution skills Skilled in budget control and resource optimization Proven experience in safety compliance and meeting operational KPIs Key Responsibilities Lead, coordinate, and supervise internal technical teams and external service providers Ensure smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations of site maintenance activities Manage budget, forecast costs, and optimize resources to achieve economic targets Monitor and report site performance indicators and drive continuous improvement Guarantee full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, especially within an automotive production context Organize and lead regular operational meetings and align cross‑functional efforts Resolve internal and external conflicts and ensure operational stability and team performance Key Focus Areas Compliance with automotive sector safety protocols and internal policies Delivery and improvement of site performance KPIs Budget optimization and cost‑effective maintenance strategies Supporting continuous improvement in a high‑demand industrial setting Ideal Candidate Profile 10+ years' experience in managing industrial sites or production facilities At least 3–5 years in the automotive or manufacturing sector Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) Proven ability to lead technical teams and third‑party providers Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Hands‑on experience in managing maintenance operations, audits, and regulatory compliance Autonomous, proactive, and customer‑focused Experience managing technical projects or transitions is a plus Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Business Consulting and Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
