In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues—whether on‑site or remote—and play a key part in keeping our infrastructure running smoothly.What You Will Do You’ll troubleshoot, resolve, and elevate technical problems, while building strong relationships with users and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes.Infrastructure & SupportInstall and configure hardware and software (PCs, laptops, cameras, printers, readers, accessories)Perform regular maintenance checks and resolve technical issuesManage IT equipment inventory and reportingCollaborate with the global IT team to ensure alignment and supportMaintain documentation and identify opportunities for process improvementUser & System ManagementSet up new users and manage access rightsEnsure device security (hardware and software)Manage and access the company’s server room securelySupport internal compliance with IT standards and proceduresWhat You BringFluent in Italian and proficient in English (able to communicate with global teams)Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)Passion for technology and eagerness to learnUnderstanding of Windows server environments, Active Directory, and network protocolsAdvanced knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft Office tools1‑3 year experience in IT Support, preferably in a structured environmentSeniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function Information TechnologyIndustries Machinery ManufacturingLocation San Giovanni in Persiceto, Emilia‑Romagna, ItalyFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job‑related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
