Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safely and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestThe Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project‑related activities and resources.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/co‑ordinating with staff as appropriate;Keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project;Meeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion;Securing project on‑time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;Managing project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout;Leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiating corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless;Building up a long‑term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust;Creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables teammates to perform at their best.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college;Have work experience in project execution environment in complex technology market;Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Italian;Be a self‑starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems;Show ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario.
