As anAI Engineering Team Lead , you willdesign and oversee the delivery of advanced Machine Learning (ML) solutions , ensuring the highest standards ofperformance, security, and governance .You’ll lead a team ofAI Engineers , collaborating withCloud Data Architects, Data Scientists, and Data Engineersto deliver end-to-end ML systems. This includes definingAI and data architecture best practices , implementingMLOps platforms , ensuringAI observability , and guiding integration and deployment.About YouKey Requirements:Master’s degree inComputer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science , or related STEM field. Extensive experience withcloud platforms(preferably Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services. 5+ years’ experiencein software development usingPython, Scala, Java , or similar languages. Expertise insoftware design, algorithms, and data structures . Strong experience withCI/CD pipelines ,code repositories , andsoftware lifecycle automation . Solid understanding ofMachine LearningandGenerative AIconcepts and applications. Proficiency inSQLfor database design, querying, and ETL processes. Proven track record ofleading and mentoring technical teamsand managingpre-sales or deliveryactivities.
